About this object
The portrait is of Raukawa Putiputi Rikirangi, Te Kooti's granddaughter on the left. The woman on the right has not been identified. Raukawa (known as Putiputi) had enrolled at Hukarere Girls College, recorded in 1902 at 12 years old. There is also an original photograph of her brother Rangi Rikirangi in the archives, dated 1906.
