Mr Baillie is shown taking part is a procession following the crowning of the Country Queen, Mrs Gladys Elizabeth Jane Hudson. Mrs Hudson was the winner of the Hastings and District War Memorial Appeal, Queen Carnival Campaign. A crowd of people can be seen in the background.
