About this object
The glass plate negative is a group portrait of the Māori Agricultural College band comprising six saxophonists and one clarinet player. The men are not identified, apart from Dave Te Ngaio Smith (Nuhaka) who is second from left. The Māori Agricultural College was situated at Hastings.
