A photograph of the Services Queen float that featured in the Blossom Week procession held in Hastings on 13 September 1952. The procession was held as part of the Hastings and District War Memorial Appeal, Queen Carnival Campaign. The Services Queen, Mrs Gertrude Helen Hudson Chapman (née Lowry) stands on the left. To her left are her three attendants, Ann Breakwell, Noeleen Nimon, and Betsy Simpson.
