Brief Description
a) A letter dated 31 March 1917 from Harry Shaw to Lily Luff. This letter was sent from the address: c/- Bona Vista, Te Aroha.
In the letter Harry discusses his daily working life hours, the Athletic Club he has joined, dances and socials and cross country bicycle races. Regarding Te Aroha, he writes: pretty lively now as there is a big Territorial camp on the racecourse and the boys are in every night.
Included with his letter was a photograph of himself.
b) An envelope addressed to Miss L Luff, Riversly Road, Hastings.
