Covering the period 1976 to 1984, the scrapbook contains newspaper clippings, theatre programmes, photographs, letters, and award certificates. The photographs record events hosted by the Patoka Country Women's Institute, including flower shows and celebrations, as well as displays created by its members for the Hawke's Bay Agricultural and Pastoral Society Spring Show.
b) an exercise book containing photographs of trophies held by the Patoka Country Women's Institute.
c) a copy of the Patoka Country Women's Institute Trophies List.
d) a letter written by Diana M. Garner to Mrs Wendy Bruce on 20 June 1984 regarding donations of knitted squares made by members of the Patoka Country Women's Institute to the Zambian Association of Women's Institutes for the purpose of making baby blankets.
