Office Bearers: Minister - Reverend J Sands, Session Clerk - Mr D Christie, Honorary Secretary - Mrs J Hercock, Treasurer - Mr S Pearce, Envelope Secretaries - Messrs E Watt and S Scott.
The Annual Report opens with the Session Report which focuses on the merger with St Peter's Church and the establishment of Napier West Parish. This is followed by reports from the Board of Managers and other groups within the church: APW, Mission Group, Guild, Women's Club, Young Wives Club, Busy Bee, Sunday School, Choir, Cradle Roll and Indoor Bowls Club. On the last few pages are financial statements recording the income and expenditure for the year ended 30 June 1973.
The merger with St Peter's took place on 1 July 1973 making this the last Annual Report of this format for St David's Presbyterian Church.
