Brief Description
Advertising poster and plan surveyed by C D Kennedy of the Turiroa Estate and listed as a supplement to the Hawke's Bay Herald on 9 September 1884.
Advertisement states that the Estate is to be sold at public auction in Napier on 3 October 1884. Includes the terms of payment and that high school land is to be sold on the same day. M R Miller listed as the auctioneer for the Estate.
Plan shows lot boundaries with acreage and any buildings located within the lot. Lots lie between the Wairoa River and the town of Clyde (Wairoa) in the east and the Waihua River in the west.
Scale is 40 chains to 1 inch.
