Portrait of a group of women at a garden party.
The women pose for the photograph in front of a house. A note on the back of the postcard states that the picture was taken at a garden party held by Mrs Hartgill. The sitters are thought to have been friends of Lily Luff, to whom the note is addressed, and of the Lovegrove family. The property was possibly located in Havelock North.
