Brief Description
Five identical copies of a letter from the Hawke's Bay Cultural Trust regarding the Hawke's Bay Archives Survey dated 16 April 1992.
All letters state that the Hawke's Bay Cultural Trust, in association with the Hawke's Bay Regional Council, are conducting a survey of archival material in the region. Also states that the questionnaire is attached and that participating larger institutions will be visited by the Project Manager.
All letters signed by Roger Smith, Executive Director and Dorothy M Skinner, Project Manager.
a) Letter addressed to Joy Axford, Curator of Archives at the Hawke's Bay Museum. Printed on Hawke's Bay Cultural Trust letterhead.
b) Photocopied and unaddressed letter with note stating Robert to see. Does not include letterhead and is incorrectly dated 6 April 1992.
c) Photocopied and unaddressed letter with letterhead.
d) Unaddressed letter printed on Hawke's Bay Cultural Trust letterhead.
e) Unaddressed letter printed on Hawke's Bay Cultural Trust letterhead. Slightly amended wording.
