Brief Description
a) St Stephen's Parish Treasurer's Report for 2006, by Les Silson, Treasurer. This document reports on the surplus achieved at the end of the financial year and lists several factors that must be considered when reading the accounts, in particular, the decision of the parish to cease operating from the Onekawa site.

b) St Stephen's Presbyterian Church Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2006. Stapled together is an Audit Report dated 11 September 2006 and signed by G R Messervy, Auditor; Notes to the Financial Statements; Statement of Financial Performance providing the records of actual income and expenditure for 2005 - 2006 and comparing these with the budgeted figures for that year and the actual figures for the previous financial year; Statement of Financial Position listing the Church assets and liabilities; Statement of Movement in Equity; Statement of Movement of Invested Funds; Statement of Funds Held for Specific Purposes, in this instance for child sponsorship and kitchen remodelling.

c) St Stephen's Presbyterian Church Budget Report for the period 1 July 2005 to 30 June 2006. This document lists the figures for the actual income and expenditure, the budgeted figures and the difference between the two. This report is dated 21 August 2006.

d) St Stephen's Presbyterian Church Statement of Financial Position as of 30 June 2006. This document lists the Church assets including money held in bank and cash accounts and other assets, notably property. This report is dated 21 August 2006.

e) A letter to the Treasurer of St Stephen's Presbyterian Church from Brendan Sweeney, Manager of Financial Services for the Presbyterian Church of Aotearoa New Zealand, 14 August 2006. According to a slip attached to this letter, it is a second copy sent after the initial reply date of 25 August 2006. The letter requests confirmation of the balance due on St Stephen's account as at 30 June 2006 for the purpose of the Ernst and Young audit of the Presbyterian Church of Aotearoa New Zealand.
