Brief Description
a) An undated typescript concerning monetary contributions to the Church. This document provides statistics concerning the national average for envelope contributions for the year ended 30 June 1985 and compares these statistics with those of the Napier West Parish for the same period and for the 1985-1986 year.
b) A letter to Kerry from Tom, 16 July 1985. This letter concerns the administration of the Parish finances including the approval for payment of a bill, amendments to the budget and plans for a meeting regarding the stewardship programme.
c) A memorandum for the Treasurer of Napier West Parish from S B Darling, Receiptor, 19 August 1985. This manuscript records the offerings for July and August 1985, both envelope and loose donations. It is divided into two sections: Main and Cook Island Services.
d) A memorandum for the Property and Finance Committee, Napier West Parish, from S B Darling, Receiptor, 15 September 1985. This manuscript records the money receipts from users of the Halls from 19 August to 15 September. The only amount recorded is $24.00 from the Onekawa Day Care Centre.
