Brief Description
a) A report to the members of Napier West Parish from E R Gardiner, Honorary Treasurer for the Property and Finance Committee, Napier West Parish. This Treasurer's Report is undated, but the content provides a summary of the 1978 financial year and offers forecasts for 1979.
b) The Napier West Treasurer's Report, 1981, by Ewan Gardiner, Honorary Treasurer. This report provides a summary of the 1981 financial year and offers forecasts for 1982. Handwritten on the reverse of this document are several lines of notes dated 5 October 1981 relating to attendance at church services and homes under pastoral care.
c) A letter to the Church Insurance Fund, Presbyterian Church of New Zealand from Napier West Parish, 17 June 1981. This letter concerns the valuation of the Church at Wycliffe Street.
d) A letter to Mr J W Mackie of the Hawke's Bay Presbytery from the Parish of Napier West, 22 February 1982.
