Brief Description
a) Annual Report of St Peter's Presbyterian Church to be presented to the Annual General Meeting of Parishioners on August 14, 1969. This report includes a list of Office Bearers, the Minister's Foreword by Tom Somerville and the Kirk Session Report including mention of Reverend Harry Haigh's sudden death on 23 August 1968; the unification with the Miller Memorial Church on 9 March 1969 and other reports on events that took place throughout the previous year.
Also included are reports from the Board of Managers and on the following church groups and activities: Book Stall; St Peter's Choir; St Peter's Women's Club; St Peter's Young Women's Fellowship; St Peter's Afternoon Guild; Mothers Coffee Morning; Cradle Roll; Girls' Brigade, 5th Napier Company; Family Church, the Kindergarten and Primary Departments and the Maraenui Sunday School.
The last page of the report is the Statement of Accounts including details of the Receipts and Payments Account, Income and Expenditure Account and the Manse Account for the year ended 30 June 1969.
