About this object
Postcard printed with a view of a steam truck. The front of the vehicle bears the name of contractor and general carrier W Amner, Napier. The truck is thought to have acted as Napier's first bus, owned by Hawke's Bay Motor Company. A group of people ride on the back of the vehicle.
