Postcard with a view of flooding in Napier taken on 19 May 1911. The photograph has possibly been taken from Thackeray Street looking down Owen Street towards Napier Hill. A sign for Jas H Wilson, piano and organ tuner and repairer, is visible along the right side of the street. Midway down Owen Street, a horse can be seen making its way along Carlyle Street.
