About this object
A hand coloured photograph of Tom Parker standing next to the Tom Parker Fountain on Marine Parade that he gifted to the city of Napier. The photograph is taken at night depicting the electric light display. Tom Parker stands at the right of the fountain dressed in a suit and hat. The fountain streams, base and surrounding gardens are hand coloured. The Norfolk Island Pines visible at the right of the image also have their lights hand coloured in varying hues.
