This includes a breakwater port off Bluff Hill by F W Marchant, a spit harbour at Perfume Point, also by F W Marchant, and an extension and reclamation project involving the Inner Harbour, North Pond and South Pond. Plan shows roads, rail lines, ferry docks, a stone weir at Westshore and signal station.
