About this object
A photograph depicting a threshing mill in operation on a farm, possibly in Hawke's Bay. There is a traction engine in the foreground at the right of the image which appears to be running a belt to the mill. Sacks of hay are evident at the right of the mill. Men stand on hay piles at the left feeding hay into the thresher.
