About this object
View of flooding in Hastings, possibly taken in February 1938. The photograph is thought to have been taken from Morley Road looking down Pakowhai Road towards Elwood Road. Both Pakowhai Road and the surrounding paddocks are flooded. Poplar Avenue is thought to be on the extreme right.
