a) The Studio: An Illustrated Magazine of Fine and Applied Art, volume 76, number 312, was published on 13 March 1919 and edited by Geoffrey Holme. The magazine contains numerous advertisements for galleries, manufacturers, art supplies and art schools, as well as illustrated articles, exhibition and book reviews. Three of five colour supplements and the entire first article on The Society of Twenty-Five Painters are missing.

The Contents include: The Society of Twenty-Five Painters; Byam Shaw: An Appreciation, an article by S Colman; The Art of Miss Sibyl Meugens, an article by Malcolm C Salaman; Studio-Talk, articles from correspondents in London, Newlyn, Aberystwyth, Edinburgh and Milan.
