Tram likely in Dickens St between Munroe St and Clive Square West. Spire in background is that of (old) St Patricks (corner of Munroe & Station streets). The building on the right was in Dickens St, one section west of Munroe St corner (now part of Countdown). The building is visible on the extreme right in photo 77573 (https://collection.mtghawkesbay.com/objects/77573).
