The photograph shows the children's paddling pool shelter, otherwise known as the Swan Memorial, situated on Marine Parade, Napier.
The paddling pool is on the other side of the shelter. The sea wall can be seen to the left along the edge of the Marine Parade footpath. There are Norfolk pine trees on the extreme left and right.
