Brief Description
Letter and envelope from Rochfort and Son to the Chief Surveyor of Napier regarding Patangata section 1E and dated 19 August 1913.
a) Letter acknowledges the receipt of a letter dated 15 August 1913 and requests that an account be returned indicating alterations to amounts. States that previous correspondences have not been conclusive and that the outstanding issue is the value of boundary lines of subdivisions. States that a fair price should be concluded as Rochfort and Son are taking all the risk with several setbacks possible which would hamper the survey and result in rising costs.
b) Envelope entitled " Patangata 1E " and addressed to Rochfort and Son of Tennyson Street, Napier. Includes a one penny stamp.
