Brief Description
Vouchers for clothing issued by various earthquake related departments and individuals requesting items of clothing and shoes for individuals, filed under the letters C, D and E, dated between February and March 1931.

There are four handwritten requests to supply items of clothing and shoes written on scrap pieces of paper, issued to various individuals and signed by A B Davis, Builder, dated 12 February 1931. Two notes state that the individuals needed items of clothing for working on the Public Works roofing gang.

There are five handwritten requests to supply items of clothing and shoes written on scrap pieces of paper, issued to various individuals and signed by J L Davis, Lieutenant, NZSC, New Zealand Staff Corps, Camp Quartermaster, Nelson Park, all undated, and a further handwritten request to supply signed by R J D Davis, Captain, NZSC, Nelson Park, dated 10 February 1931.

There are three handwritten requests to supply items of clothing and shoes written on scrap pieces of paper, issued to various individuals and signed by J W McMurray. One is dated 17 February 1931.

There are a further four handwritten requests to supply items of clothing and shoes written on scrap pieces of paper, issued to various individuals with various signatories, dated between 14 - 16 February 1931.

There is one request to supply items of clothing and shoes written on a Napier Food Control Committee Supply form, dated 12 February 1931.

There are two requests to supply items of clothing and shoes written on Dalgety & Company Limited Invoices, issued to various individuals, dated 13 and 20 February 1931.

There are three requests to supply items of clothing and shoes written on Hawke's Bay Education Board related forms, issued to various individuals, dated between 14 and 16 February 1931.
