There are three receipts from the National Bank of New Zealand, dated between 18 - 21 February 1931.

There are two receipts, numbered 83 and 98, dated 27 February and 10 March 1931 for clothing.

There are fourteen handwritten requests to supply items of clothing and shoes written on scrap pieces of paper, issued to and signed for by various individuals and companies, dated between 10 - 13 February 1931. Amongst the handwritten requests, two orders are issued to Mr Batt, and three notes have been signed by Briascos.

There are two requests to supply items of clothing and shoes written on Manson & Clark Limited letterhead, on behalf of the Citizens Control Committee and the Relief Committee, dated between 11 - 13 February 1931.
