View of the T&G Building on the corner of Marine Parade and Emerson Street, Napier, thought to have been taken in the 1940s.

The photograph has been taken from Marine Parade looking south towards the main façade of the building. The Masonic Hotel and the South African War Memorial (1906) can also be seen. A row of motor cars are parked along Marine Parade.
