Brief Description
(a) Information sheet for the Napier West Parish Camp, 31 January - 2 February 1975 at the Riverbend Christian Centre, Pukahu. This document includes information on the theme, when and where the camp was to take place, who could attend, accommodation, camp leaders, cost, what to bring and how to enrol. Handwritten annotations, including price increases, suggest that this document was used as a template for a later camp.
(b) Report to Combined Pastoral Parish Committees Meeting, 12 February 1975, from Camp Committee Evaluation Meeting. This document includes recommendations from discussion groups concerning communications, hospitality and welcoming newcomers.
