Brief Description

(h) Letter to Mrs L Martin from Geoff Tucker, General Secretary, Overseas Division, Methodist Church of New Zealand, dated 5 December 1975. This letter is written in response to a letter sent on 9 November inviting Reverend Tucker to attend the Napier West Parish Camp from 12 - 14 March 1976. He accepts the invitation, offers a suggestion for a camp theme, discusses the programme and the role of a guest speaker, and also suggests some relevant reading material.

(i) Letter to Mrs L Martin from Geoff Tucker, General Secretary, Overseas Division, Methodist Church of New Zealand, dated 12 February 1976. This letter further discusses the adopted camp theme: Live Simply, so that Others may Simply Live. It refers to enclosed material related to this theme but a handwritten note in the margin of the first paragraph states that the material was to arrive by separate post so as to save on postage. Included in this letter is also a list of potential activities and ideas for discussion groups.

(j) Letter to Mrs L Martin from Geoff Tucker, General Secretary, Overseas Division, Methodist Church of New Zealand, dated 26 March 1976. This letter includes a list of questions to aid in an evaluation of the camp.

(k) Information sheet for the Napier West Parish Camp to be held from 12 - 14 March 1976. This document includes information on the camp theme, where and when it was taking place, accommodation, who could attend, names of camp leaders, cost, what to bring, how to enrol and what to donate. Attached is the registration form.

(l) Programme for the Napier West Presbyterian Parish Camp, 12 - 14 March 1976. The programme is divided over three days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
