Brief Description
A group of assorted forms or notes requesting the supply of clothing and boots to the bearer or bearers of the note.
The notes list the name or names of the person to be supplied and why the item is required. Items requested include underwear, socks, clothing and boots. Some notes have dates and others are undated.
