Brief Description
Letter to the France Trust regarding the sale of land for the Trust's benefit circa 1910.

Letter states that the author and Mr Large have inspected the property near Palmerston used as security on an £8000 loan. Author states that the property is in good order, that it is worth more than previously valued and that a proposed road through the area will only impede upon one part of the property.

On reverse is a Department of Lands and Survey sheet stating the land required for roading on the Waipapa Block in Waihua. Unsigned documents.
