Brief Description
A lease document between Ihakara Te Raro of one part and George Donnelly and Hiraka Te Rango of the other for the Ohauko Block and dated 3 January 1881.
Lease states that Te Raro has a further 50,000 acres of land at Riopuanga and 5,000 acres at Pungatauwa.
Included are a 2 shilling and 6 pence stamp and a " fine paid " stamp. Postal stamp of 16 February overlays these.
Josiah Pratt Hamlin is listed as the interpreter.
