About this object
A group photograph of four men casually posed under a tree. The man at the left is standing dressed in a suit and leaning on a cane towards his right. He looks into the distance towards his left.

Another man in a suit is visible between the fork in the tree. He is holding a dress hat with a chain of flowers around the top and looking slightly to the right.

At the centre front of the group a man is seated on the ground with his right leg pulled into his chest. He wears loafers or slippers and a material headdress around his forehead. His gaze meets the camera.

At the right of the image a man is seated with his legs outstretched toward the camera and a pale hat resting on his knees. He appears to be seated on a log or case covered with a white lace cloth. His gaze also meets the camera.

Photographer and date unknown.
