Confirmation of land ownership document for relatives of Pahemata regarding the Mohaka Block and dated 27 September 1883.
Document notes that a sitting of the Native Land Court of New Zealand was held at Waipawa on 27 September 1883 with Edward Walter Puckey as Judge regarding the claim of Pari Hungahunga, relative of the late Pahemata, to land in the Mohaka Block.
A certificate was produced, dated 13 October 1869, showing that 22,353 acres of this land belonged to him and that this land would be passed on to his heirs and successors.
