Brief Description
Minutes of a meeting of the Capitation Committee made up of the Commanding Officers of the Napier Battalion Home Guard on 12 August 1943.
Minutes state that following a visit to Wellington by two of the members that the Capitation Committee should have been formed and all accounts approved prior to payment being made. It was resolved that the account totalling £777.12.0 be re-written in a new cash book and that other payment of accounts totalling £111.0.6 be passed for payment.
Present were Major E N H Stewart, Captain G F Gardiner, Captain E W Miles and Captain C Mangelsen. Apologies from Captain L C Rolls.
