Brief Description
This booklet, titled Reprints, includes three texts written by Charles Connor, Pastor of the United Presbyterian Congregation, Old Meldrum. The first, titled: Christ's Repelling Power, is a twelve-page sermon preached in James Street Congregational Church, Blackburn, on Sunday 11 May 1890. The second, titled: The Hire of the Labourers in the Vineyard, is an eight-page text reprinted from the Expository Times for August 1891. The third, titled: The Position of the Elder in the Christian Church, is a ten-page paper that was read at the Conference of the Northern Presbyteries, 1888. It was also reprinted from the United Presbyterian Magazine for June, 1889.
