Brief Description
(a) Minutes of Session meetings held by the Ahuriri-Putorino Presbyterian Church between 5 July 1982 and 12 December 1986. A number of loose documents are pinned to different pages of the book.

(b) Inserted at page 11 of the minute book is a loose extract (pages 3 and 4) from a committee report dated 27 October 1982 including information under the following headings: Public Questions Committee, Vacancy Report, Tuki Tuki Campsite Committee, Committee for liaison with the Māori Synod, Business Committee.

(c) Inserted at page 19 of the minute book is a loose double-sided manuscript titled The Church and Obedience to the Law: Ahuriri-Putorino Parish.

(d) At the back of the minute book is a loose Order of Service booklet dated 29 March 1984. Created for the Service to Ordain and Induct Robert Ayton Foster to the Pastoral Charge of Ahuriri-Putorino. Inserted into the Order of Service are two newspaper clippings regarding Mr Foster's induction at Ahuriri and the music suite named after him at Central Hawke's Bay College.

(e) At the back of the minute book is a loose Order of Service booklet dated 22 June 1986. Created for the Thanksgiving Service for the 90th Anniversary of Knox Church Buildings.

(a) Hard red vinyl cover with Minute printed in gold lettering on the front cover and spine. The pages of the book are made up of lined pale blue paper. A number of loose documents have been attached to pages using a metal pin.
