Brief Description
(a) Minutes of Session meetings held by the Ahuriri-Putorino Presbyterian Church between 25 May 1964 and 24 July 1975.
Stapled to the first page are clippings from a newspaper article showing a photograph of a carved lectern in the Tutira Church along with the explanatory text.
(b) Inserted at page 39 is a loose document extracted from the minutes of the Presbytery of Hawke's Bay for the 14 July 1966 regarding the Quinquennial Visitation - Ahuriri-Putorino.
(c-d) At the back of the Minute Book are two Formulas signed at Ordination Services. The first was signed at Tutira War Memorial Church and the second at Knox Presbyterian Church, Ahuriri. Both are dated 12 September 1965.

(a) Hard red textured cover with pale yellow spine. The title Minute Book is embossed in black along the spine with Warwick Minute Book printed in matt gold on the red cover. An additional title has been handwritten on lined paper and glued to the front cover. The pages of the book are made of lined pale blue paper.
