Brief Description
A plan of Te Mahanga Station showing two separate blocks for public auction on 17 November 1928.
The plan states that the auction is to take place in the Cosy De Luxe Theatre in Hastings on 17 November 1928 with Dalgety and Company Limited and De Pelichet, McLeod and Company Limited as joint auctioneers. The blocks originally belonged to W J Douglas and K C White.
The Plan shows two separate blocks of land at Te Mahanga near Pakipaki with two and a half miles separating the blocks. Each block is split into plots with acreage of each plot given with a total of 16 blocks. Boundaries and names of neighbours are given. Two pictures of the area are on either side of the plan and a general description are given. A small map of Hawke's Bay is provided for reference.
Terms of payment are stated in the bottom right hand corner. Scale is 10 chains to 1 inch.
