Brief Description
A letter dated 15 October 1937 from Russell Duncan of Napier to B S Barrett of Napier.

Russell Duncan acknowledges the receipt of B S Barrett's letter dated 14 October and writes objecting to the inscription on Selwyn's Stone. Duncan writes that the story of Bishop Selwyn preaching from the stone is a myth and provides information which appears to confirm this.

A note on the first page records that the letter had been read on 16 October 1937 and a letter acknowledging receipt on 18 October 1937.
