About this object
An interior photograph of one of the Wellington residences of Sir Douglas Maclean. The walls of the room are panelled in wood and there is an ornately carved fireplace. It is recorded that he owned two properties, Dalmuir Hill and St Ruadhan, both in the vicinity of Ghuznee Street in Wellington.
