Lease agreement between F Thorp and J A Louis Hay and dated 1 August 1932.
Lease is for F Thorp, as lessor, and J A Louis Hay, as lessee. Agreements sets out premium to be paid on execution, the erection of a two-storey building, a cap on building costs, that the lessee shall draw up architectural plans which the lessor shall use to build the building, annual rent, rate payable and other general conditions.
Includes multiple duty stamps which are made up of an eight shilling, two shilling and six pence, one pound twenty pound and thirty pound stamps. Also includes 2 two shilling revenue and stamp duties office stamps.
