About this object
View of wool wagons at an unidentified location.

A steam powered tractor is located at the front of the set of wagons. The wagons have been loaded with bales of wool. Some of the wool bales feature a mark consisting of a plume of three feathers and the word Sherenden, indicating that the photograph was possibly taken at Sherenden Station in Hawke's Bay.

People pose for the photograph in front of the wagons. A young boy sits on top of the wool bales on the wagon nearest the camera. On the right side of the photograph is a man in horse-drawn buggy.
