Certificate of land transfer.
Five sheets as part of the group.
a) Certificate:
Titled: Land Transfer Act, October 1924. Notice under sections 10 and 22, certificate of title. Notes that a certificate of title has been issued in favour of Janet McIvor Rochfort, being a parcel of land of one rood, 12 perches. Situated in the borough of Marton, being lot 105 plan No 266. Dated at Wellington, December 1 1925. C E Nalder - District Land Registrar.
The title is addressed to Mrs Janet McIvor Rochfort, care of Guy Rochfort, Hastings.
2) Manuscript.
Traverses of John Lane's back paddock with figures in column form, consisting of 2 sheets.

Three printed sheets from Pacific Union Ltd - 525 Dominion Road, Balmoral, Auckland. Selling subscriptions to Reader's Digest.
