A note on the back of the photograph states that the picture has been taken in the drawing room.
The walls of the room are papered with floral wall paper. A painted timber dado runs around the perimeter of the room. A fireplace with a painted timber mantelpiece is located on the right side of the photograph.
Among the furnishings that are visible in the room are a high backed armchair and a table. The walls are hung with framed pictures. China is displayed on the mantelpiece.
The house is thought to have been owned by Mrs Amy Hutchinson (née Large).
