Brief Description
A letter from Hugh Roddam Tate to his aunt, Patty Webb, dated 29 December 1865.
Hugh Roddam Tate first apologises that they could not send her any holly. He then describes how they had decorated the church for Christmas, explaining that five biblical texts were written out and put on the walls and that the panels of the pulpit were filled with ivy berries and everlastings, and the windows with ivy.
