The contents include: Clergy, Laity, Honorary Secretaries, Subjects Committee, Executive and Finance Committee and Reception Committee.
This is followed by the programme which lists the religious services, meetings and lectures and a list of hymns and prayers for use at the Congress at Portsmouth.
Page 16 contains miscellaneous information including a list of hotels, temperance hotels, tram cars and omnibuses. Glued to page 19 is a map showing Portsmouth, Portsea, Southsea, Landport and Northsea.
