Lower Windmill paddock borders the Ngatarawa No 1 block, which consists mainly of pumice land, Cross Roads paddock borders the Karewarewa Stream and Turamoe block. Bullock paddock borders the Pukahu rural sections and Awanui Stream. The homestead is located on 37 acres, near the road to Havelock.
