View of the Dining Room at the McLean family home on Napier Terrace, Napier.

A polished timber dining room table is located at the centre of the photograph. The table is set for a meal. A large bouquet of roses forms the centrepiece of the table setting.

The left wall of the room features a fireplace with a carved timber surround. A door is located in the rear wall of the room.

The photograph is thought to have been taken around 1930.
