View of a house at the north end of Marine Parade, Napier.

The photograph has been taken from Marine Parade looking towards the house. Both the south and east facades of the house are visible.

The house is of timber construction. The hipped roof is clad in corrugated iron. A veranda runs the full width of the front façade. An outbuilding is located to the south of the main house. A picket fence runs along the south and east boundaries of the property. A flag pole stands in the south east corner of the site.

Napier Hill is visible in the background.
